How to Work in Mergado Marketing Buddy?#
In Mergado Marketing Buddy, you always work within one organization – it holds your conversations, agents, automations, documents, CRM data, and credits.
This page and the pages that follow describe the individual pages in Buddy: what you will find on them, what the individual elements are for, and what you can do there.
Button names are given as they appear in the English version of the application. You can switch the interface language on the Personal page.

Where to find the pages in the menu#
The left panel is divided into four parts:
- Your organizations – the organization switcher, invitations to other organizations, and creating a new one.
- Quick Access – favorite items available with a single click.
- Workspace – the individual pages: Chat, Ask Jev, Personal, Organization, Dashboard, Docs, Clients, Projects, Contacts, Agents, Automations.
- Your chats – a list of your conversations (shown on chat pages).
FAQ#
Do I need my own organization to work? Yes. All content (chats, agents, documents, credits) belongs to the organization, not to the user. When you sign in for the first time, Buddy creates a personal organization for you automatically. A colleague can invite you to another organization, or you can create your own via New organization.
Are the pages the same for all members? The layout is, but some actions depend on your role in the organization. Only the Owner and Admin roles can see the Organization menu item, copy a chat to another organization, or delete connections. Roles are described on the Organization – General page.
What language is the application in? The interface is available in Czech, English, Slovak, and Hungarian. The default language is taken from your Mergado account, and you can change it on the Personal page. A few texts (for example, some system messages) remain in English in all languages.
