Connections#
On the Connections page you set up all the important connections – both where Pricing Fox draws data from and where it sends the recalculated prices.
Input connections#
The input connection determines where Pricing Fox obtains data about products, competition, and statistics:

FAQ#
Do I have to have all connections active for Pricing Fox to work? No. The only mandatory connection is Mergado, which is always active. The other input sources (Heureka, Zboží.cz, GA4, etc.) are optional – activate only those whose data you want to use in pricing or reports. Set up output connections only for the platforms you want to send repriced prices to.
How do I tell that a connection is working correctly? For input connections, the status is visible directly in the tile – a green check means an active and functional connection. For output connections, check the Status column in the table (it should read “Done”) and Written items (it should match the number of products).
How quickly does a price change take effect after recalculation? It depends on the output connection. Repriced products are sent every hour; with the “All products” option, every 4 hours. If you need an immediate update, use the Regenerate button in the connections table.
Can I have multiple output connections at once? Yes. Pricing Fox can send prices to Mergado, Shoptet, Pohoda, and other systems at the same time – each connection works independently and they can be combined however you like.
Where do I set which element the recalculated price is saved into? In the Mergado output connection – the Generate the resulting price into element field. If you want to write the price for a specific platform (Shoptet, Pohoda, etc.) as well, set up the relevant output connector.
