How billing works in Mergado#
This article is your starting point for billing in Mergado. It explains how pricing is calculated, what payment options you have, and where to find your invoices. For details, we link to dedicated articles.
How is pricing calculated and what plans are available?#
Your price depends on the plan that Mergado sets automatically based on the number of products in your output feeds. The plan is calculated separately for each online store. You do not need to change your plan manually, and you cannot do so.

What payment methods and billing frequencies can you use?#
- Payments are collected automatically from your payment card through Stripe or GoPay.
- You choose the frequency in your account settings: monthly or annual.
- With annual billing, you get a 20% discount on your plan and on extensions from Mergado Store.

When and how do invoices arrive?#
Mergado generates and sends invoices automatically every day, including weekends and public holidays, as soon as a new billable service appears.
Your email contains a link to the invoice, not a PDF attachment — open and download the invoice through that link.
Where do you find your invoices?#
You will find all issued invoices in your account under Invoices. Only the Owner of the online store can access them.
Who can manage billing?#
Billing details, payment frequency, and invoices are managed by the user with the Owner role. Users with Write and Read permissions have no access to billing.

Always use the correct variable symbol from your invoice. Otherwise the payment will not match automatically and processing will be delayed.
