What is the Credito extension?#
Credito is an extension that automatically checks your remaining credit balance on Heureka.cz and Heureka.sk every day and displays it in one clear place directly in Mergado.
This way you always know when it is time to top up your credit, preventing unexpected advertising outages that lead to drops in traffic, lost orders, and missed revenue.
The extension is ideal for:
- Online store owners advertising on Heureka who want to be sure their campaigns run without interruption and are not threatened by an unexpected outage caused by depleted credit.
- Marketing agencies that need an overview of credit status across all their managed online stores without logging into each Heureka account individually.
- Larger online stores with a team, where multiple people need access to credit information at the same time. Everyone with access to the relevant project in Mergado will see the status.
Pricing and billing#
Using the Credito extension is completely free for Mergado Editor users, with no additional fees.
Activating the extension is tied to one specific online store.
Since the extension is free, there is no defined trial period.

- Active Mergado Editor account.
- Mergado–Heureka connection in the Mergado Keychain extension.

How to activate the Credito extension#
Activate the extension in Mergado Store: I want to activate → select the online store for which you want to enable the extension → Enable.
Working with Credito#
After successfully activating the extension and correctly setting up the Heureka connection in Keychain, Credito starts working automatically. No further configuration is needed.
FAQ#
How often does Credito check the credit status?#
Credito checks the credit balance once a day. The data therefore does not reflect the real-time status — it always reflects the result of the last daily check.
Where in Mergado can I find the credit status?#
The credit status is displayed as a widget on the Overview page of the given project. The widget shows credit for Heureka.cz and/or Heureka.sk depending on which connections you have set up in Mergado Keychain.
Do I need to configure anything after activating Credito?#
No. After activating in Mergado Store and correctly setting up the Heureka connection in Keychain, Credito starts working automatically. No further configuration is needed.
Credito stopped showing data or is reporting an error. What should I do?#
The most common cause is an invalid connection in Mergado Keychain — typically after a password change on Heureka. Open Keychain, remove the existing Heureka connection, and create it again with your current login credentials.
Does Credito also monitor credit on Zboží.cz or other comparison sites?#
No. Credito currently supports only Heureka.cz and Heureka.sk.
Will I receive an alert when my credit is running low?#
Credito does not send automatic alerts. You can see the credit status whenever you open the Overview page of the given project.
