How to work with Mergado Depots#

The Mergado Depots extension requires no complex setup — simply activate it and connect the relevant services in Mergado Keychain. On the extension page, you can see an overview of all sources and toggle individual connections on or off.

Extension page#

The page is divided into two sections by data type:

Reviews — currently Heureka and Zboží.cz.
Statistics — Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Sklik.

Each source has its own card with the service logo, name, and status:

Sync enabled — the source is connected and data is being downloaded; you can disable it at any time using the toggle.
Not connected — add this source in Mergado Keychain — the service is not yet connected; click Connect to go directly to Mergado Keychain and complete the connection.

Below the overview, you can see a summary of how many sources are currently syncing (for example, 5 sources syncing).

In the active extensions overview (on the online store’s main page in Mergado Editor), you will find the Mergado Depots widget. It shows a shortened list of connected sources — each with a colour dot (enabled/disabled), name, and type (reviews / statistics). Click Show more to expand the full list, or Go to extension to navigate directly to the Depots page.

What you can do here#

Check which sources are connected and which are actively syncing.
Enable or disable sync for a specific source.
Complete the connection for a missing service directly from the source card.
Monitor connection status at a glance using the widget in the extensions overview.

FAQ#

Why does a source show “Not connected”?#

This means the service is not yet connected in Mergado Keychain. Click Connect on the source card to go there directly.

Do I need to start sync manually?#

No. An enabled source syncs automatically in the background — the toggle simply determines whether data should be downloaded or not.

What is the difference between Reviews and Statistics?#

Reviews are customer ratings of products and the online store. Statistics are product performance data from advertising and analytics tools (clicks, impressions, revenue, search positions, and so on).

Where can I check connection status without opening the extension?#

In the Mergado Depots widget in the active extensions overview on the online store’s main page.
