FAQ#
Do I need an active connection for the reports to work? It depends on the report. Basic reports (Segment, Project) work with data from Mergado. Reports under the Heureka, Zboží.cz, or Shoptet sections require an active connection to the relevant source. If the connection is missing, the given section of reports won’t be displayed or will have limited data.
How often is the data in the reports updated? Reports are generated on demand – the data corresponds to the moment when you last generated or refreshed the report. Automatic email sending runs at the set interval (daily, weekly, monthly).
Can I share a report with someone who doesn’t have access to Pricing Fox? Yes. For most reports you can generate a public address – it contains a live, slightly simplified version of the report accessible without logging in. The address contains a unique hash, so no one who doesn’t know it will see it.
What’s the difference between the Segment and Project report? The Project report is a quick overview of the project’s overall performance in one place. The Segment report goes into depth – it breaks the assortment down by segments (category, manufacturer, rules, price levels) and helps identify specific opportunities.
