What is the price for using Bidding Fox Elements? The price of the Bidding Fox Elements extension is 386 CZK per month with monthly billing. With annual billing it is 308.80 CZK per month.
Is the price set per project or per online store in Mergado Editor? The price applies to one project in a Mergado account.
What is the trial period for Bidding Fox Elements? Bidding Fox Elements has a thirty-day trial period, in which you can try out all the available features.
What is Bidding Fox Elements and what is it for? Bidding Fox Elements is an extension that enriches your XML feed with hundreds of new elements. These elements contain valuable statistical and analytical data from various sources (for example Heureka, Zboží.cz, Google Analytics, weather, currency rates) that help you with more accurate targeting and advertising automation, and thus with increasing your online store’s performance. On top of that, you gain a detailed overview of your competition.
Why is it worth using Bidding Fox Elements? With the help of BFE you can significantly reduce advertising costs, increase revenue, target advertising more precisely, gain an overview of product popularity and recognize their potential, or monitor competitor offers.
What data do I get? You will have statistics on product performance, competitor prices, advertising costs, conversions, traffic, weather and currency rates. Data is available for 1, 7 and 30 days, so you can easily spot trends and react to changes.
How do I recognize the elements that Bidding Fox Elements created? Bidding Fox Elements creates new elements that always start with the BFE_ prefix.
Why can’t I see the new elements in the feed? New elements are hidden by default in the feed output, so they are not sent outside Mergado. You can view them on the Products tab or on the Elements page in Mergado by checking the “show hidden” option. If you need to write them directly into your feed, uncheck the eye icon next to the element on the Elements tab.
Do I need another Mergado extension for BFE to work? No, other extensions do not necessarily have to be activated for Bidding Fox Elements to work. However, if you want to work with detailed data from Heureka and Zboží.cz product cards or monitor the competition in detail, you also need the Bidding Fox or Pricing Fox extension active.
