Element SPECIAL_SERVICE#
Basic information#
The SPECIAL_SERVICE element is used to specify additional services included with a product purchase, such as: “Upper-floor delivery included” or “Appliance installation included”. Each product in the feed may include this element up to 5 times, meaning a maximum of 5 additional services can be listed per product.
The maximum text length for the SPECIAL_SERVICE element is 128 characters.

- How do I add the SPECIAL_SERVICE element if it is missing from the feed?
- On the Elements page, first create a new element named
SPECIAL_SERVICE, then go to the Rules page to populate it with a value. If you want to add SPECIAL_SERVICE more than once for a product — to create the second through fifth values — use the Add a value to a multi-value element rule, or the Rewrite rule together with a specific position.

What Mergado Audit checks for the SPECIAL_SERVICE element#
- The audit checks the maximum text length of each
SPECIAL_SERVICEelement — it must not exceed 128 characters. - The audit also monitors the maximum allowed number of these elements per product, which is 5. This check is especially important because if a product has SPECIAL_SERVICE more than 5 times, Heureka will ignore all the information from all those elements.
