The ITEM_TYPE element is used to mark a product that is not new. In that case, the value bazar is entered in this element.

• Is it possible to advertise used or open-box products on Heureka?
  • Yes. For these products, the value bazar must be entered in the ITEM_TYPE element. Such a product will not appear in product cards within categories, but it can be found via Heureka’s full-text search.

What Mergado Audit checks for the ITEM_TYPE element#

• Whether the ITEM_TYPE element contains invalid values — it may only contain new or bazar.
