Fox Data+ FAQ#

  1. What is Fox Data+ and what is it for? It’s a Mergado extension that turns product data into clear charts (Dashboards), watches key values (Alerts), and sends the data on (Exports). It helps you track assortment performance and catch problems before they reduce your profit.

  2. Is there a discount for annual billing? Yes, the discount applies to both Mergado and the extension.

  3. What is the trial period? 30 days free, once.

  4. Is the price per project or per online store? Fox Data+ is a per-project extension, so you enable it for a specific online store project.

  5. What do I need to use it? A Mergado account, a feed with a product ID, and the source elements filled in under Settings. For statistics from Heureka, Zboží.cz, and Google Analytics you need Bidding Fox Elements, and Mergado Sources for external data.

  6. Where does Fox Data+ get its data? From everything you have in Mergado: from Bidding Fox Elements, from queries and elements, from imports (CSV, Google Sheets), from Mergado Sources, or from web scraping.

  7. How long does it take for the data to load? About 24 hours after you enable the extension. Dashboards then refresh every hour and exports twice a day.

  8. Where can my alerts be sent? By email, to Mergado, or via webhook to Slack, Discord, and Rocket.chat.

  9. What formats can I export data to? CSV, XLSX, or HTML. An export is also available at a public URL that you can connect to Power BI or Data Studio (Looker Studio).

  10. What’s the difference between Fox Data+ and Bidding Fox Elements? Bidding Fox Elements supplies the data to Mergado (statistics, product information). Fox Data+ displays, watches, and exports that data.
