Previews#

The Previews page lets you instantly check what the output images look like after a template is applied. These are the images sent to your advertising channels. You can view previews for all your main templates or just selected ones.

Main toolbar#

Contains filters and settings that control the behavior and display of the entire product grid:

  • Active only – a checkbox that, once enabled, shows only the products currently affected by an active template.

  • Unedited images – lets you switch the view to the plain source images for a quick “before and after” visual comparison.

  • Enable cache – speeds up the loading of the preview page by using cached data.

  • Number of products on the Previews page – lets you define how many products are rendered on a single page at once. You can also change this setting in Project settings.

  • Page selector – a row of page numbers at the top of the grid lets you move smoothly between pages of filtered previews. Quick Next and Last buttons are also available.

If you’re viewing the preview for a specific template, you can quickly jump to editing it using the Edit template button in the top-right corner.

FAQ#

Why don’t I see images in Previews, or why do I only see unedited images?#

Images on the Previews page only appear once the template you created is active. If unedited images are showing instead, check whether the Unedited images checkbox is unchecked. When this option is active, the system deliberately shows you the plain source photos from your online store, without any edits.

When should I turn off the “Enable cache” feature?#

Turn it off when you’ve made changes to a template in the graphic editor (for example, moved a logo or changed the text color) but the Previews page still shows the old version. Disabling cache forces the browser to load completely new, freshly generated images.

Is changing the number of products on the page permanent?#

If you change the number in the Number of products field directly on the Previews page, the change only lasts until you close the browser. To permanently save the default number of products, go to the Settings page, section Project settings, and update the value in Number of products on the previews page.

How can I check that a template also works well for products other than the ones on the first page?#

To quickly test how the template looks across different types of products, use the green Random product button in the top-right corner. The system immediately mixes in a random selection of items from the feed, so you don’t have to page through the whole list.
