Custom#

The Custom format lets you enter any output image dimensions in pixels. It is useful when the advertising system or platform you need is not in the list of preset formats, or when you need non-standard dimensions for internal purposes.

How to set it up#

On tab 2 when setting up the template, select the Custom format tab and enter the required width and height in pixels.

Ways to fit the image to the format#

After entering a custom format, just as with the preset format, you need to choose a Fit image size method (see the Preset format chapter, section Ways to fit the image to the format).

When to use it#

The Custom format is suitable, for example, for:

  • advertising systems or marketplace platforms with non-standard dimension requirements,

  • internal use of images outside of advertising (catalogs, print materials, the web),

  • testing different dimensions before deploying to production.

FAQ#

Is there any limit on the maximum or minimum dimensions of the custom format?#

Currently, there is no limit on setting the dimensions.

Can I save the custom format for repeated use, or do I have to enter it again every time?#

The custom format is part of the template settings. Once you save the template, the dimensions are saved with it, and you do not need to enter them again the next time you use the template.

Is the custom format also available for AI functions (background removal, watermark removal, etc.) and layers in the template?#

Yes. AI functions work with all formats. The only exception is the Original format, where you cannot add layers (text, logos, labels).
