What IP addresses does Mergado and its extensions use?#
Why you should know Mergado’s IP addresses#
If your online store or server that provides data feeds is protected and you verify access using an IP address whitelist (i.e. you only allow access from specific addresses), you need to know which IP address Mergado and its extensions use to access your feed. If you don’t allow these IP addresses, Mergado won’t be able to download your feed and the extensions won’t work correctly.
What is Mergado’s IP address#
For Mergado Editor itself to work, just allow the following IP address:

What are the IP addresses of Mergado extensions#
If you decide to start using any of the Mergado extensions available in the Mergado Store, you also need to add the corresponding extension’s IP address to your whitelist:

Why do I need to know Mergado’s IP address?#
If your input feed is protected by an IP address whitelist, you must add Mergado’s IP address to the allowed list. Otherwise, Mergado won’t be able to access your data and the project can’t be processed.
What should I do if my feed is whitelisted and Mergado can’t download it?#
If your input feed is secured with an IP address whitelist, it means only pre-approved IP addresses can access the feed. For Mergado to load the feed, its IP address must be on the allowed list. Add 81.31.39.112 to your whitelist. If you also use Mergado extensions, check whether their IP addresses need to be added as well (if they differ from Mergado’s IP address).
Do I only need to allow one IP address, or do I need to add all of them?#
If you only use Mergado Editor (without extensions), allowing 81.31.39.112 is sufficient. However, if you use extensions (e.g. Bidding Fox, Pricing Fox, Feed Image Editor), you also need to add their IP addresses to the whitelist.
What should I do if Mergado reports that the feed couldn’t be downloaded?#
Check the following:
- Whether IP address 81.31.39.112 is listed in your online store’s whitelist.
- Whether the server isn’t blocking access due to SSL or a certificate issue.
- That the feed isn’t protected by multiple methods at the same time (e.g. whitelist + hash, which is a common mistake with Shoptet feeds).
Do Mergado’s IP addresses change often?#
No. Mergado’s IP addresses are stable and changes happen only rarely. In case of a change, we always publish the information in advance.
How do I verify that Mergado is actually downloading my feed?#
In your Mergado project, go to the History page and filter the Event type column by Download. You’ll see records of every feed download attempt including the time and IP address. This helps you verify whether access is working correctly.
