Importing orders into Shoptet Premium#
This article explains how to set up automatic order import from Allegro and Kaufland into Shoptet Premium via Mergado Marketplaces, including API key generation and status synchronization.
Is your e-shop running on Shoptet Premium? With Mergado Marketplaces, you can import marketplace orders directly into your e-shop platform. Order synchronization runs every 5 minutes, and new orders with the “Not shipped” status are imported into Shoptet. The following status synchronization occurs from Mergado Marketplaces to Shoptet:
- “Not shipped” 👉 “Pending”
- “Shipped” 👉 “Order completed”
- “Cancelled” 👉 “Cancelled”
How to start importing orders into Shoptet Premium?#
1. Create API keys 🗝️#
In the Shoptet Premium admin, go to Integrations > Private API and add a new private token.
2. Connect Shoptet Premium with Mergado Marketplaces 🔗#
In Mergado Marketplaces, go to the Connections section and select the Shoptet Premium connection. Simply fill in the previously generated API token and the connection will be successfully established.
2. Activate synchronization 🔄#
Go to the Orders > Activation section, activate synchronization, and save the changes. You can pause synchronization at any time on the activation page.
🕑 The order management system does not synchronize retroactively. So you don’t need to worry about your system being flooded with all previous orders when you start it.
💡 Important information:#
- Products are matched to your Shoptet catalog by matching the “Product ID” in Mergado Marketplaces with the “Product code” in the Shoptet catalog.
- The VAT rate for products matched to your catalog is taken directly from it. For unmatched products, the default VAT rate from your Shoptet admin is used.
- To import orders in foreign currencies, you need to enable foreign currencies in the Shoptet admin under “Settings” -> “Basic settings” -> “Currencies”.
