How to delete a project in Mergado?#

If you have decided to permanently remove one of your projects (e.g. you no longer want to advertise on a certain platform, or you want to reduce advertising costs) and you are sure you will never want to go back to it, you can simply delete it.

Tip! If you temporarily do not want to use a project (e.g. you sell seasonal products that are not worth advertising on a specific platform outside of the season), but you know you will want to activate it again later, we recommend simply disabling the project and re-enabling it at the right time. How to delete a project?#

On the **User Details page in your account, click the online store where the project you want to delete is located.
For the project you want to delete, click the gear icon, which will take you to the General Project Settings page.
In the Delete Project section, confirm by checking the box that you really want to delete the selected project.
Click Delete Project.
Once the project is deleted, you will receive a notification by email.

How to restore an accidentally deleted project?#

If you accidentally delete a project and need to restore it, contact our technical support immediately after the deletion at mergado@mergado.com or by phone at +420 530 513 050.

Tip! Restoration is only possible shortly after deletion, and we can help you during our working hours. So if you plan to delete projects and “clean up” your online stores, we recommend scheduling this activity for working days, ideally in the morning, so we have time to respond to your message and help you if needed.
