Rule: Rewrite#

The rule is used to modify the values of any element, such as product names, categories, descriptions, and many more. With the Rewrite rule, you can completely replace values, enrich them, or remove parts of them.

Extra features#

the element has no value yet - a new value is added to the first position, so a multi-value element is not created:

Extra features#

Unlike other rules, this rule does not require applying rules – it hides products within Mergado immediately. However, this does not affect the output feed. To hide products from the output feed as well, you need to regenerate the feed.
Another specificity is that hiding rules are always placed at the end of the rule list, so they are applied last.
